just forgotten, you can add a thermostate when you by a so called "dimmer" so that you can regulate voltage and because of that also temperature.

Sorry they do not have an english description, or I do not find it (there are english descriptions for the other products!!!).
But you will definitely find such a dimmer also in Ireland.
