danke für die kompetenten Antworten!



Genau das ist ja meine Erfahrung mit Brenkatechin: bei einem Frischansatz (Eiwaage unmittelbar vor Ansatz) bleibt der stanierende Effekt (fast) aus.

Bei Ansatz aus Stammlösungen ist mit sehr unterschiedlichem Oxidationsgrad und unterschiedlichen Stanierungseffekt zu rechnen.

Wie lässt sich ein konstanter Staineffekt erreichen?
