you need to return any quantity that you want replaced or credited.
That is always the case.
I really do not want to say now aynthing against you but we have had so many cases where people used the material and then "oh miracle" suddenly on the last roll or last sheet of paper there was supposaly a problem and they wanted all of the material replaced.

So the policy is very simple. Whatever is returned will be credited.
Right but in order to do anything I really need to know which type of machine made your films <img src='http://forum.fotoimpex.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
We have not had many scratches in the last 1,5 years so actually we were happy with the way things are being confectionated.
Possible solutions could be to store the films 1/2 year before confectioning them because during this period they get harder.
The last batches were confectionated really right after coating because of the problems with Agfa and other suppliers demand increased rapidly.
Bad part about this is that we need about 200 000 EUR in extra capital to make this happen and at this point we don?t have that money to just put it in shelves and don?t turn it for 6 months....
