I have said to Franz that he shall only buy the plug for the dryer for you, but without the plug for the Socket in your wall, because you have these british plugs with three poles for the sockets and we have so called "Schutzkontaktstecker"(short:"Schukostecker"), they look totally different.
Niall, I say this only, because the plugs are often offered with german "schukostecker" and cable
so that you had unneeded "Schukostecker"wich you cant use.
I hope you are able, or you know somebody who is able to fit the dryer-plug on a cabel with a british plug.
Further I have said to Franz, that I think that his suggestion with the banana-plugs isn't really bad, but yuo must ground the Press on a screw on its body.
But I cannnot really aggree because you lose with such methods, baanana plugs and so one, your insurance
Incidentally wheater Franz's plug looks right then it must be the right one, this plug doesn't exist in another size and finally my dryer of VEB Foto-Galvano Leipzig has the same plug.
