As dry mounting prints with a mounting press is very expensive are there

other ways to do the same proceedure less expensively!!

if you want really the same procedure, the answer is, well, try your household iron -- but this is generally considered to be rather unprofessional. but still: try it! it might work for you. if you just want a dry procedure, you should go for self sticking dry-mounting tissue. there is the photo spray produced e.g. by 3M -- questionable. and there is wet-mounting, which is a tricky thing to do, but the procedure of choice of some master printers.
