I’d like to take this opportunity to briefly thank everyone who read or replied to my enquiry. In case you’re interested: I’ve since found the mixing chamber I was looking for. One of the many private sellers I contacted directly by email sold it to me at a fair price. It might be an idea for anyone looking for something similarly rare: enter ‘meopta’ as a search term on eBay and send the sellers a quick message. It certainly worked for me.
