Hello everyone,
I’ve now switched entirely to large-format photography and would like to produce contact prints exclusively.
There are papers that are specifically recommended as being well-suited to the contact printing process.
My question:
Can papers containing embedded developer substances generally be used, or could these substances damage the negative when in contact with it (archival stability)?
Are papers with good contact properties particularly suitable ‘only’ because they have longer exposure and development times (classic emulsions)?
What are the contact properties of Adox MCP?
Many thanks for sharing your experiences.
Regards, AndreasD
