Hello dear customers, We now have a new catalogue. I’m sure many of you will miss the old, beautifully designed catalogue – I certainly do. But these days, things are done differently. After all, the increased efficiency this brings is something you demand every day in the form of competitive prices. The new catalogue can be published directly from our database. I have gone to great lengths to ensure that the design remains as sophisticated as possible. It now contains almost our entire range and thus nearly 35% more items than the old one. Prices are automatically synchronised and – on the day of printing – are 100% consistent with the online shop and the shop and dispatch systems. The new catalogue can also be published in any number of languages at the touch of a button (provided we have the translations to hand). As our webshop programmer is no longer on board for some reason, it will be a while yet before the webshop becomes multilingual. The catalogue will serve as an interim solution. The new one is very clearly structured and uses the same categories as the online shop. You can therefore switch between the catalogue and the online shop with ease. Table of Contents. Unfortunately, the database does not allow a page with the table of contents to be inserted after the cover, as was previously the case. Automatic generation of the table of contents does not work either. The catalogue is organised into categories and subcategories. As this is apparently not as obvious as I thought, here is a brief guide. At the top of each page, the main categories are listed in order: Archiving – Films – Photographic works – Photographic paper – Photochemical supplies – Photo lab...... (So, for example, if you are looking for pocket films, you first go to the ‘Films’ category) At the start of each category, all the relevant subcategories are listed before the first item. For example, under ‘Films’: [center]APS films Cine films Super 8 to 35mm 35mm films Minox films 8x11 Medium format films 120 Medium format films 127 Sheet films Pocket films 110 Instant films[/center] (Ah, so I can find pocket films at the end of "Films") Each item has the category and subcategory it belongs to indicated in bold at the top right, so you know whether you need to scroll forwards or backwards. If you’re in the sheet film category, only the following categories are displayed (Pocket Film 110 and Instant Film). Two subcategories further on are the pocket films (or rather the one, which will hopefully be available again soon). I’ll try to publish an overview of the main categories on the penultimate page, with the relevant page numbers. Best regards, Mirko

Hi, I’m surprised there’s a catalogue at all. I find it handy for ‘flipping through’ digitally – on my iPad. But of course you can just search on the website as well. It makes practically no difference. So, to the creators: don’t spend too much time on a catalogue.
