Are 13x18 cm black-and-white films with a speed of 400 ISO still available today?
I can only find 5x7"...

Well, I’ve found a supplier who still has the HP5+ listed in 13x18cm. Perhaps you could get in touch with the forum admin here; I’m sure he’ll be able to sort it out.
