At a 1-minute cycle, 17 minutes at 20°C, a 3-second cycle with 11–12 minutes would apply here, i.e. turning every 3 seconds, but 1+50 is critically low in terms of concentrate per film given the small amount of developer. According to my tests, at least 5 ml of concentrate per KB36 is required.
