Hello,
I’m looking for a service manual or just some information on how to get my Beseler VXL 8x10-inch back into working order. Since my last move, the head has been coming loose quite a bit. It makes no sense at all to enlarge photos in this condition. I’ve already asked Beseler directly, but they want around $70 to $80 plus postage and shipping for the manual, which I think is excessive. Can anyone help me? What about you, Mirko – didn’t you used to sell these as well?

Hello Joachim,
It’s difficult for a company to provide free technical support when the second-hand market is ten times bigger than the market for new equipment.
Don’t be angry with Beseler (new), but they’ve never made a penny from you and have to survive somehow.
Compared to the original price of the machine, the service manual is a real bargain.
We’ve only ever sold the MXT models. The one VXL I ever had took its user manual with it...
