Do I actually need to put anything specific in the subject line of an email to FOTOIMPEX to ensure it reaches YOU, or is ‘For the attention of Mirko Bädecker’ sufficient?

We now receive several hundred emails every day.
Around 10–20% of these are addressed to me in one way or another. Not because the sender is vain, but because they’ve seen my name in the legal notice or know me from before, etc.
We therefore have to carry out some pre-filtering. This means my colleagues intercept all the emails that they can answer just as well as I can (or actually, in most cases, better than I can, because they do this all day long) and reply to them.
Anything that is clearly private or cannot be answered is then forwarded on.
Alternatively, there is also the complaints form on the homepage (left-hand sidebar on the first page). So anyone who has a problem with a member of staff and feels they need to take the quick route can get it off their chest there. This then goes directly to me and is also copied to the dispatch team.
