Given that the paper is said to bear a "strong resemblance" to Kentmere’s VC Select:
Sometime this spring, word got round that Ilford had revamped the VC Select. What about the ADOX Easy Print? Has this change already affected that paper, or will it do so in the near future? Or is there still enough in stock that I can continue working with my old experience when I buy a few boxes in six months’ time? (Personally, I had no problems with a box of VC Select that had been lying around for 5 years under rather sub-optimal storage conditions... I just had to increase the exposure for a little longer...)

Hello Bernhard,
The manufacturer (Ilford) has decided that the differences are so minor that no further labelling of the product is required.
We use the material ourselves in the lab for contact prints and have not yet had to adjust the settings on our Heiland.
However, we do always order a year’s supply in one go to optimise production costs.

Which paper profile do you use for Easy Print? I couldn’t get to grips with the Kentmere VC Select profile at all.

We’re working with the Kentmere channel. However, we’ve noticed that with this channel, the Heal tool tends to be a bit ‘fussy’ and quickly goes to extremes (gradient 0 or 5).
The solution isn’t to scan the whole image, but only the key areas of the picture.
