Hello everyone,
Can anyone recommend a developer for the Durst RCP20, based on their own or someone else’s experience? The machine hasn’t been modified, so the development time is 3.5 minutes – a 30-second stop – followed by 3.5 minutes of fixing! The fixing time therefore suits my AdoStop well; as a fixer, I think I’d prefer to use spirit vinegar from the supermarket instead of AdoStop...
Does anyone have any experience with this machine? In theory, good prints should be possible; due to the long fixing time, I’ll only use the machine for PE papers – baryta will continue to be processed using the trays!
If the exposure is right, the prints shouldn’t turn out too dark, should they?
