Hi everyone :D
As I’m new here, I’d like to introduce myself briefly:
I’m a lab technician myself and am currently trying to make the move from Stuttgart to Berlin <_<
There’s a huge choice of labs in Berlin, but there are just as many lab technicians
If any of you could recommend a few labs to me, I’d be really grateful ;)
I’d appreciate any information :)
Many thanks
Petra

Petra,
What exactly are you looking for at the moment?
A rental darkroom, a colour darkroom, a black-and-white darkroom, a job...?
Best wishes,
Mirko

If it’s a job, it would also be interesting to know what kind of laboratory technician the person in question trained as. Schering wouldn’t be a good fit for photographic laboratory technicians, but it would likely be suitable for chemical laboratory technicians or pharmacy technicians. If they can effectively showcase the knowledge of applied electrochemistry gained during their photographic laboratory technician training, a job in Ludwigsfelde at the KTL facility might even be a possibility. Not in her field, but well paid.
It would also be interesting to know whether she’s looking for a full-time job that she can live on exclusively, or whether something part-time would suffice.
Without sufficient information, no one here can offer any decent advice. So far, it’s like trying to answer a question on Entengeschnatter.
I’m always amazed at the naivety with which people look for jobs these days: “Hi, I’m looking for something, but I won’t say what I can do.” Bullshit. It never works that way.
So: put together a proper profile, then we can help you. It simply won’t work before that. And with a proper profile, you’d be better off contacting a recruitment agency rather than posting here.
Best regards,
Franz
