stanoli Right, I’ve finally managed to develop the first test rolls of the CHP 100 9/12. I noticed that, compared to other films, this one has an extremely thick, highly sensitive gelatine layer on the non-image side, and that bits of gelatine seem to have come loose at the edge of the sheet and settled onto the film. I developed the film in Rodinal 1:50 and fixed it in Agefix; the development results were excellent, but handling the film after rinsing was very tricky because of the slime on the back; the emulsion side was relatively insensitive compared to the back. What am I doing wrong? Please advise. I’ve been using the good Kombi plantanks for ages and have never had any problems with FP4, APX or TMX. HELP Stanoli
