Hi,
The METZ CT/CS stick flashes would probably be the most suitable.
Powerful, versatile, easy to get hold of, and just the right size too.
I only have a small clip-on flash like that in the studio for direct fill-in on my MF. (Can’t afford a suitable ring flash)
There are also system flashes from Mamiya.
But they’re rare, expensive, and offer no advantages apart from the company logo.
