Nice range of products in the shop too.
There was a problem with one item which, as it turned out a week later – naturally only after payment had been received – was not available. A delivery time of 2–3 days had been confirmed several times beforehand. It still says so online.
Your shop team suggested a refund, with the option to reorder later.
The item AL20AA – round terminal block is to be ordered again later, with a further €10 in delivery charges to be paid.
I wanted the item to be delivered as soon as it became available without incurring further delivery charges – this is standard practice worldwide, especially as the shop operator had made a mistake – see invoice 203061 ]
For your information, this approach is unusual

Unfortunately, the round clamp is currently out of stock and cannot be restocked until further notice.
Our stock levels will be updated tomorrow, or the product will be removed from the shop – tripod clamps with pins were accidentally added to the stock account for round clamps. We noticed this today.
