At this point, I would like to reiterate that Fomabrom Variant is
NOT
approved by the manufacturer for hot drying on dry presses.
The maximum temperature must not exceed 35 degrees, and even then only after the paper has already been air-dried.
The 85 degrees stated in the data sheet refer to hot-air drying in a convection oven.
Foma will not accept a claim if the paper has stuck to the cloth of the drying press.
Therefore, we are unfortunately unable to accept such paper as a claim, as we do not receive a replacement from Foma.
You can find the Fomabrom Variant data sheet here:
http://www.foma.cz/Upload/foma/prilohy/F_brom_var_en.pdf
The key sentence is on the right under: "Drying".
So, if you cannot or do not wish to air-dry, you would first need to condition the paper and, in any case, carry out a series of tests at different drying temperatures.
Best regards,
Mirko
