jubsch Hello! I have a question about film development. I need to develop some Acros 100 (roll film with an exposure of ISO 100) and I’ve still got some Ultrafin Plus at home. Now, various tables give me different development times… and I’m at a loss! The Tetenal data sheet doesn’t list any time at all (so it’s probably not recommended), Fuji mentions 7 minutes, and development calculators even suggest 9 minutes. (It’s all over the place) Do you have any experience with this? Do the two work well together, or do I need to buy a different developer? Unfortunately, I don’t really have any experience with Ultrafin; I used to use D76 back when I was involved in more film development, but it’s not really worth it anymore because I develop so irregularly. Thanks in advance for your tips, jubsch
Hoddy Hello! I have a question about film development. I need to develop some Acros 100 (roll film with an exposure of ISO 100) and I’ve still got some Ultrafin Plus at home. 11 minutes and 45 seconds at a dilution of 1:4, agitation 1 rpm Best regards, Waldo
Gerd Sorry, I can only add one more time. ;) The DevChartsays: Neopan 100 Acros ;Ultrafin Plus; 1+4 ;ISO 100; Min 6.5; 20°C I’ve had good results with those settings. No idea why the figures differ so much. :( Gerd
jubsch Hmm... exactly, I've found similar discrepancies too... ;) What should I do? By the way, sorry for posting in the wrong forum... this probably belongs in the lab section...
