"I'd like to buy an inexpensive camera with the shutter at auction and replace the shutters."
?
Lovely camera, congratulations.
?
Well, as the two people before me have already written, a simple swap will most likely not be enough. After 60 years, the shutters need to be cleaned of old grease and dirt. It’s only really cheap if you can do it yourself. It’s not exactly rocket science, but you could end up ruining the thing in the process,
?
And anyone who can swap out the shutters can clean them too ;-)

It’s best to save the pages locally – who knows how long they’ll still be around on the “never-forgetting” internet ;-)
