I’m looking for 16 mm film stock that has a specific look: essentially, it should have very high contrast and be somewhat reminiscent of the past (films from the 70s and 80s), though not too much so. The colours and edges should appear slightly exaggerated (e.g. sharp contrasts on people with black hair) and the colours should be rather cool, with a slight blue tinge.
I need the material for the production of a film that is intended to convey a romantic, slightly ‘fairytale-like’ atmosphere.
