...as far as I know, most Agfas can be triggered even without film – only the Voigtländer Vito models require a roll of film to be loaded in order for the shutter to cock. Just give the film transport roller a turn by hand in the direction of winding – if you hear a ‘click’ at some point and the roller then stops turning, a roll of film must be loaded...
