Hello,
Well, there are plenty of ways to store homemade chemicals, and after giving it a bit of thought over a glass of red wine, an idea came to me:
the Kubitainer.
So, this thing is:
- Light-proof if it stays in the box.
- Chemical-resistant.
- Airtight if you choose the right version
- Always ‘full’.
Am I right in my assumptions, or is there a reason why this wouldn’t work?
Where can I get the 5-litre versions?
Best regards,
Stähane

Hi,
Just a silly question: what’s a Kubitainer?

Hello,
Isn’t a Cubitainer one of those ‘balloon-like’ containers that are very thin and film-like? With a tap at the bottom? And which are placed inside a cardboard box for protection? You see things like that used for special chemicals and the like.

Hello Christoph,
Hello Alex,
Yes, a Cubitainer is a plastic sleeve made of Kraton with a stopper/valve...
The name has been registered as a product name by a US company, and I don’t know of any other name for it either...
Best regards,
Stähne
