Hello, As I’d like to finalise my shopping list with Mirko, I have another question regarding PE paper. I’d really like the Moersch Sepia VC Select paper! Which paper is closest to it, or even has a comparable emulsion? Perhaps the ADOX Easy Print? Or can I get that from Mirko too (the original)? That way, I could save myself an EXTRA order from Mr Moersch.... :D Best wishes, Jutta

ADOX Polywarmton is the same paper. I’ve always used it too – it’s a very good paper!

Hello Jutta, What’s more, at Mirko’s you can get everything from Moersch – even if it’s not listed in the FOTOIMPEX catalogue – at the same prices as you’d pay directly from Moersch. Best regards, Peter

Hi Peter, Well, that’s a relief! Because I also need the selenium toner... that’s not in the catalogue either. I actually only use baryta paper – but when I saw this paper, I was blown away :D Thanks so much Jutta

Hi Jutta, If you could also do with some later-production baryta film, you could order a small box (or a roll) of Vario Classic FB. This is the new version of what used to be the Efke Varycon emulsion, on a decent base. The paper is a bit fussy when it comes to Duka lighting, but otherwise, in my humble opinion, it’s one of the best currently on the market. After development (our rolls were fresh off the press back then), I can only say: I’ve never seen such a ‘black’ before. MCC can’t hold a candle to it. Best regards, Franz

The spec sheet is a bit vague regarding Duka lighting

very nicely defined :D What does it mean (in the spec sheet) when it says Duka lighting: dark red? Do you also have light red? Well, I reckon you can never really avoid testing when you want to try out a NEW paper. I always play it safe! Coin test!

Then you could order a box (or a roll) of Vario Classic FB.
