Hello and good evening! I’d like to know if I’m the only one who keeps having to deal with very poor packaging on orders from FOTOIMPEX. I finally lost my temper recently when, for the second time, I received a 30x40 pack of Fomabrom Var. 111 for the second time, which, due to the poor packaging (no cushioning material between the pack of photographic paper and the shipping box!), had split open at the flap so badly that the paper was only ‘protected’ by the black plastic bag. I haven’t experienced this with other suppliers... :D Kind regards! Johannes

Everything always arrived properly packed for me, even though there were some tricky items: 5-litre canisters of developer in the same parcel as paper and film. And usually in large quantities. Have you ever phoned the Berlin office? I’ve always found a simple and reasonable solution to every complaint. What I’ve had to deal with was a wrong delivery (wrong film) and CHMs that hadn’t been sealed (that’s history). It was all sorted out easily over the phone.

So far, I have only ever received goods from FOTOIMPEX that were perfectly packaged. In most cases, the box was far too big for the contents. Kind regards, Volker Schulz

I really can’t complain about that – everything has arrived in good condition here for years. There’s usually so much shredded old cardboard as packing material in the box that I can use it to pad out my own parcels for quite some time. See you soon... Chris Z.

Hello! I haven’t had any problems with poor packaging yet. They always use recycled cardboard boxes (which makes sense, of course), but everything is always packed carefully. Bottles are wrapped in extra bubble wrap, etc. Best regards, Andreas

Hello everyone, The packaging for my orders was absolutely fine. And I think it’s great that they use recycled cardboard boxes – it’s good for the environment and saves money at the same time. Chris
