Hello Mr Moersch,
Thank you very much for the offer! I’ll be in touch; I was planning to order a few other things anyway...
Best regards,
Andreas
Hello Andreas,
Neither the age of the solution nor a low fill level should cause Solution A to discolour.
At the very least, ‘browning’ should be ruled out within four to five years if the fill level is still above the width of a thumb.
The solution must be virtually colourless. So one of us must have done something wrong. Can any contaminants in the solution be ruled out? Even mixing up the lids could cause Solution A to spoil.
The oldest retained samples of Lith A are now over ten years old, have not changed colour and work just like fresh solution.
An error on my part cannot be ruled out either; rather than spending ages puzzling over it – it won’t do any good now anyway – the spoiled solution will be replaced.
Regards,
wm
