Please note: During Photokina, our order desk will not be fully staffed on Mondays and Tuesdays!
There may also be delays in the delivery of parcels during the trade fair.
In urgent cases, please place your order well in advance of Photokina.
Unfortunately, we currently don’t have enough staff to run a full double shift.
After the fair, we’ll roll up our sleeves and get all the parcels that have built up out the door.
This doesn’t mean we’ll be closed during the fair. The shop will be open and orders will still be processed, but with only half the usual dispatch team.
