P.S. I’ll just have a go at Ingrid myself. Jim’s post is now almost as old as my relationship with my girlfriend. So, of course, that puts my harsh criticism of those mediocre Ballack photos into perspective. Though it’s more a case of: I really never expected anything this rubbish back in 2006, whether in print or digital form, even with professional post-processing. Absolutely dreadful. The print campaign and the interview from 2002 that refers to it. Analogue really does seem completely dead. Best regards, Franz

Awesome! Probably the best evening entertainment from the public broadcasters in ages! "With your camera's zoom lens, you can separate the important from the unimportant." Or something like that. I think it’s really great that even licence-fee-funded television now wants to save on the cost of footage and is making an effort for the viewers. At least Bild has the money...
