Hello, Whenever I wind up my Pentacon Six, the mirror keeps coming up with it. It seems the thin wire (a sort of spring) around the hook of the mirror lock at the top has come loose. When I press the shutter release, the mirror lock snaps backwards, but when I wind the film, it no longer moves forwards to engage the mirror. Where should the wire be reattached? Does anyone know of a Pentacon Six repair service in Berlin? Best regards and thanks for any tips, canned

Nearby you’ll find the Federal Insurance Office for Civil Servants (where you can ask whether your pension will cover the repair), a Protestant district hospital (in case the shock of the bill gets too much) and a cash machine (Sparkasse, for paying for the standard repair). Regardless of that, I can also highly recommend sending it to Rolf-Dieter Baier in Emmendingen. But I’ve also heard nothing but good things about Mr Prügel so far. Best regards, Franz
