I ordered some Fomaspeed Variant III 24x30/25 gloss paper through one of your sub-distributors, and he’s been waiting for the delivery for quite some time now.
What’s the situation regarding the availability of the paper? Is there a problem?

The best thing to do would be to check with the place where you ordered it.
Of course, it takes a bit longer for a paper to become available elsewhere once it has arrived here in Berlin.
I believe Foma delivered on Friday, and we always need about 2–3 days to process all the accumulated orders, plus the time it takes for the post to arrive. Sometimes (especially for retail customers), the parcel is also waiting for something else that is to be delivered together with it.
