Are the Phillips E-27 red light bulbs dark enough for the ADOX Easy Print Vario Classic, or is there a risk of fogging?

If you keep a distance of 1.5 metres, you should be on the safe side.

I’ve got some old NARVA ‘fotorot’ bulbs from the former GDR.
They’re a really dark red... you can barely see anything!
You can sometimes find them on eBay for a few dollars.

I have these bulbs positioned about 60 cm away from the developing trays (i.e. one such bulb) and haven’t noticed anything even with a development time of 6–7 minutes. But perhaps I’m a bit lenient when it comes to errors...
