Hi everyone
On the advice of people here on the forum, I removed the diffuser glass from the filter drawer to let in more light (I left the heat-protective glass in place).
But now the light is actually too harsh for me (you can see every tiny speck of dust). So I think I’ll put that glass back in. But then I’ll have too little light again.
Question: Does anyone have any real-world experience with removing the heat-protective glass? Has anyone ever burnt a film? Or: can I use a standard glass (white glass) instead of the heat-protective glass to avoid any loss of light?
Thanks, everyone, for your tips and experiences.
Regards, Martin

Hi Martin,
There’s really only one practical solution: get yourself a Color3 or Meograde head and you’ll have plenty of light and very little lint from now on.
Best wishes,
