They can supply virtually any manual.
It seems your only option is to have a read at:
http://www.photo.net/bboard/q-and-a-fetch-..._id=00AVSk&tag= and very politely ask Edward (he follows the parallel forum and lives in Germany) for a copy.
Google is your friend. It took me less than three minutes to find all this out.
Apart from that, a search on photo.net should make any instruction manual unnecessary, at least for English speakers.
