There is a thread on an English-language forum that suggests, with a fair degree of credibility, that the batch of Fomapan 100 starting with 09256X has a higher defect rate.
I would therefore ask all customers to check their stock for this batch and set it aside for the time being until we know more.
These are films we sold roughly between June and July.
If the films are faulty, simply sending the film packaging by post will suffice.
We will then credit the amount to your account.
We have received two complaints from English-speaking countries relating to this forum thread. Therefore, the matter is not as clear-cut as it seems at first glance.
However, this precautionary measure seems appropriate on this occasion.
