I was wondering to what extent the film exposure times change when using the Jobo cascade, based on the values in the data sheets.

You can assume that the manufacturers’ specifications refer to ‘thorough washing’ for the specified duration.
The Jobo Cascade does exactly that: it performs thorough washing.
I wouldn’t risk shortening the cycle and thus potentially resulting in insufficient washing.
If you want to significantly reduce the rinsing times, use Lavaquick.

I know Jobo says 3 minutes and in some cases that’s certainly enough, but when it comes to film, shouldn’t we play it safe?
