Hello,
This might be the wrong forum, but I’m looking for a company in Germany that can coat lenses. Specifically, uncoated or with a coating?
I’ve found loads online in the US, but none in Germany.

I don't know of any in Germany, but Arax in Ukraine – www.araxphoto.com – does that too.

Jena can sort it out for you. I actually rang them before posting this. Sometimes life is almost too easy thanks to the internet and the phone.
A certain company in Kreuznach called ‘Schneider’ can probably sort it out for you too. But I didn’t ring them – I was too lazy to bother.
Or “Hella”, “Automotive Lighting”, “Schefenacker”… I didn’t ring them either, but they all even cover the cost of plastic parts. All easily found via Google. And let’s not forget: Kamerawerke Noble in Dresden. They take on this sort of thing as contract work. Also findable via Google.
And the extra costs of having the work done in Germany are more than offset when you pay for postage to Ukraine twice and then pay the credit card fees on top.
If, for whatever reason, having the work done in Germany isn’t an option: Lytkarino (or however you spell it these days). You can then send it by cash-on-delivery airmail. It’ll end up costing the same as in Germany, but at least two postal companies and Lufthansa will make a bit of money out of it.
Is that enough choice?
