I’m looking for a manufacturer that still produces glass negatives today, or emulsions that I can use to perform a coating on glass.
Does anyone know of any?

Have a look at Wephota, but brace yourself for the price. The 9x12 size costs around 50 euros a dozen.

Alternatively, pour Liquid Light – whether from ADOX or Maco – onto glass plates.
It’s just orthochromatic (at best).
But that also adds to the 1920s look.

You can apply a coating to glass plates yourself, but as I said, they won’t be Panchromatic; worse still, there’s no antihalation and the emulsion will definitely be unevenly applied.
Not like 1920, but like 1870.
