Hello,
When I look online and in the data sheet for Fomadon LQN, I can only find values for the standard solution. Can I also prepare Fomadon as a single-use developer, and what kind of development times would I get?

Phillip,
I tried that recently with Negafort – there aren’t any instructions for it either – and it went rather wrong; you can read about it here on the forum.

Hi Philipp,
You shouldn’t dilute Fomadon LQN too much. With Fomapan 100, you can dilute the developer to 1:14, but that’s no longer suitable for the 200 and 400 films; they definitely need a 1:10 dilution to deliver 200 or 400 ISO respectively. The advantage of Fomadon is that it’s cheap and tailored to Foma films; on the other hand, it offers less flexibility than, say, ATM49.
