Gast Jacobs & Schulz doesn’t sound half bad. Thanks for the tip. In Berlin, my only experience so far has been with PPS at Alexanderplatz. Some of the issues are no doubt down to my lack of experience in communicating my requirements, but the colour prints from the last few months (various shoots) all seem a bit too dark to me and (perhaps for that very reason) have a slight colour cast. With PPS in Dresden, I’ve had nothing but good experiences with similar sessions. At Jacobs & Schulz, a test strip is included; at PPS, it was probably my fault for not asking, but it isn’t mentioned anywhere. Well, to each their own; somehow, a regular clientele does build up...
