I’m using Adox CHS 100 4x5" sheet film.
Is this a genuine ISO 100 film, or is the actual ISO rating lower?
I’ve developed others in Rodinal 1+50 for 10 minutes (stirring every 30 seconds), but the Kodak 18% Grey Card density is lower than it should be.
Does anyone have any more (technical) information about this film??

Hi,
A film’s speed depends very much on the developer used. With Rodinal, hardly any film achieves its rated speed. You’ll probably have to do some testing. Rodinal and R09 are closely related, after all. And for the Adox (Efke) 100 in R09, the Impex catalogue specifies 80 ASA.

After testing, I moved on to the next set of values.
Exposure: 50
Development: Rodinal 1+50 for 11 minutes
Agitate every 30 seconds.
(for a diffuser enlarger)
