Hello! I’ve only recently become a keen DuKa owner and have been getting to grips with the subject through positive development – which has gone quite well for a start. Now I’m sitting here with a small AP developing tank, a bottle of Ultrafin, a bottle of Tetenal Superfix Plus and an Agfa APX 100, and I want to have a go at negative development for the first time. I’ve read quite a bit about the Agfa, Kodak and Ilford methods regarding agitation, but haven’t found any explanation of how to put them into practice. It would be great if any of you could find the time and inclination to give me a brief overview of the techniques. I’m naturally also interested in personal opinions and suggestions. Hello Henning, The development times for our table are listed directly below it (catalogue page 65). You can also find some basic information on our website: http://fotoimpex.de/Technik/Tip_Filmentwic...entwickeln.html The term ‘Tetenal development time’ usually refers to the 3-second development cycle. This means you tilt once every 3 seconds. In contrast, classic method a involves tilting every 15 seconds, and classic method b involves tilting continuously for the first 30 seconds and then for 10 seconds every minute. Both classic methods should take roughly the same amount of time. Best regards, Mirko
