I have always ordered it from the manufacturer BKA Photo in Vernon Hills, Chicago. They also supply the well-known developers Acufine and Diafine, as well as Ethol chemicals.
I have the same problem: I only order small quantities, and the delivery costs are almost as much as the products themselves.
As far as I know, there is currently no company in Europe that stocks it.
