There are effectively just three of us working at the moment, with Lutz having the whole lot on his hands.
It’s therefore unfortunately impossible to reply to emails or pack parcels on the same day, and you might not necessarily get through on the phone either.
We’re now about a week behind schedule and are only just managing to keep up by working overtime.
There are also still many parcels from January and February on backorder that have been waiting for Forte.
We hope to be back to full capacity from the middle of next week and to be able to clear the backlog.
