Hello!
I’m planning a five-week holiday this summer (Scandinavia, if anyone’s interested). I won’t be able to develop my black-and-white film during that time, so some of the shots won’t be developed until long after the exposure. I haven’t had any problems with colour slides so far, but I don’t have much experience with black-and-white photography yet. In principle, I suppose you’re supposed to develop it as soon as possible.
Does anyone have any experience with this? Will I run into problems? I’m thinking of using a film with a low speed (because it’s 35mm). I’ve been thinking of an Efke/ADOX 50.
Many thanks in advance to everyone who replies!

Black-and-white latent images are very stable. Black-and-white films are less prone to storage issues than negative or transparency films. Five weeks is therefore no problem, and the moderate temperatures in Scandinavia are actually beneficial.
