Hi Jacques, Have a look at Wephota. As far as I know, they still sell plates, but they’re not exactly cheap. If it doesn’t absolutely have to be a glass negative, you could also get a glazier to cut a sheet of glass and wedge it under a sheet of sheet film in the cassette. Best regards, Franz

Hello Oleksander, Those microplates are certainly suitable for high-quality photography. Firstly, this is explicitly stated by Banse&Grohmann (see price list: “Microplates Suitable for use as recording plates for photographic purposes”); secondly, we tried out a friend’s patent case over the summer. The “MO” plates appear to be ortho-sensitised; I developed them in Rodinal by eye under the dim glow of a red lamp. Best regards, Franz
