...when I think about the fact that we have to follow up every order with a phone call anyway, because something doesn’t fit or isn’t in stock as quickly as we’d like, or it’s on its way but we don’t know exactly when.......
In that case, the online shop would serve much the same purpose as an email or a postcard.
It takes an order, but can’t say anything else about it.
And I already know where that’s heading. Someone forgets to change the price of an item in the online shop, and there’s another row :blink:....
