Hello Ole,
Slavich (www.slavich.ru) writes as follows:
PFN-01 – technical negative photoplates are intended for portrait, landscape, architectural, subject and other technical surveys in black-and-white photography. There are four types according to spectral response: isoptochromatic, isochromatic, panchromatic, isopanchromatic.
If this is the same material, then the material on offer does not appear to be panchromatic, although such material does exist.
However, I’m not sure what ‘izooptochromatical’ means (perhaps even unsensitised), let alone why they don’t simply offer the panchromatic plates.
However, it seems to be a technical, high-contrast material, as 160 GOST is normally more than 23 DIN, and if you then effectively only get 15 DIN, that suggests a lot.
If you were otherwise satisfied with the plates, then perhaps I could give it a go?
