...that’s a Canadian who thinks he’s smarter than his own patent lawyer...
Unfortunately, there’s nothing to be gained from it – in other words, the costly legal battle will end with him most likely going under, but we’ll be left footing the bill for the legal costs....
Let’s see what other mischief he gets up to :D and whether it’s worth it for us...

Hi Mirko,
Is Canada really that important to you? If not, surely you can sort it out without going to court. I’m sure you’ve got a lawyer in the US through JandC. It would be much more fun to set up an ‘ADOX worldwide’ sales operation and then just sit back and wait for your own customers to pester you to death with enquiries. Including reserving a domain like ‘original-adox.com’;-)

Hi Mirko,
Thanks for the info … the chemical giant :D Is Dupont still messing about with the brand name as well?
Best wishes to Berlin and keep up the good work!

Hello,
What it says there sounds quite interesting; Gigabit is always a bit vague, but I quite like the images there (especially the technical ones). Has anyone actually used this film, or does anyone know anything about it? I’m not really interested in the name dispute – is it worth giving it a go?
Regards, Werner

Werner,
The film itself isn’t important (it’s always the same) – what’s exciting is the chemistry.
SPUR and Giagabit are far superior to the ancient HR Control.
So it’s of no interest to us at all.
Best regards,
Mirko
