Hello,
I’ve just been looking at your US website and noticed that you sell 620 roll film there. Is it available in Germany as well?
I have a few cameras that use this film and I don’t fancy having to cut the reels with scissors all the time, which isn’t exactly safe (light leak – I can look after my fingers myself).

Sales are on track, but the project is still in the trial phase.
The first films should be available in just over a week.
We are also planning to launch a 116 film. However, as we need to have special reels moulded for this, it will take a while; alternatively, the commercial calculations might scupper the project.

I see you now have a range of 620 roll film with milled reels, but what about the two side guides for film transport? These are usually narrower on 620 film – can the film even be transported properly if the ‘FOTOIMPEX reel’ acts as a guide reel?

Hi Werner,
It usually works.
If not, you’ll just need to use the IMPEX reel as the sensor reel and reuse the original one.
We’re currently working on an adapter solution.
